Exchange Fee
After the creation of your f-swap account, your exchange
volume is recorded across your orders and calculated per month. Account levels and the
corresponding fee are volume-oriented, which means that you are upgraded to higher levels and
lower your exchange fee by reaching specific volume requirements each month.
A more specific explanation on how account levels and the fee
structure are calculated may be found below
- The exchange fee ranges from 1% to 0.5%, based on your Level.
- Your Level is determined based on your Volume which is monthly estimated.
- The relation of Fee, Level, and Volume is illustrated on the Fee Structure Table.
- At 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, your Volume gets back to zero. On the other hand, Levels are transferable through months. The level that corresponds to your Volume of the previous month, will be your entry and minimum Level for the new month.
- Within the new month, if you reach a Volume requirement of a higher level, you will be instantly upgraded, if not, you will maintain the entry-Level until the end of the current month. In the next month, you will either maintain it or be downgraded depending on which volume requirement you achieved.
- All the above are in effect only when you place orders being Logged in to your account. For Guest exchanges, level 0 is applied and Volume is not updated.

- Your Level is determined based on your Volume which is monthly estimated.
- The relation of Fee, Level, and Volume is illustrated on the Fee Structure Table.

collects for providing our services. In every transaction, other fees may be applicable in
relation to the various ESPs, blockchain networks, coins, and market conditions, e.g. the Network Fee. For more information please refer to
our Terms of Service.
